We’re not going to tell you how to feel about the end of summer. But while we’re totally dragging our feet, September is inevitable, and our schedules are picking up speed with all the familiar challenges. After all, fall’s about transition, change and hustle - ahem, harvest. 

For many of us, transition can be stressful. How do you cope?

Just like we can’t change the weather or change of seasons, we can’t change the fact that the world is stressful. But science says we can change how we respond to it (#nerdalert).

This means when shit hits the fan - like you can’t get service when you NEED it, the big deadline moves up or there’s literally not a parking spot in sight, you understand how to handle it. 

You recognize that you can’t control the situation but you can control your response. You can navigate the situation with grace and strength. 

So as we shift from beach weather to sweater weather - and flu weather and holiday weather - how do you want this to go? 

What if it’s your usual go-to approach, nothing changes, what does that life look like? What are you creating?

What if you considered another way, learned to do stress better with us, how would THAT benefit you? How might life be different?

Spend an hour a week with us, and a few minutes every day practicing what you learn, for six months. What might February look like? Feel like?
